First Steps

You might have been thinking about getting help but feel nervous about opening up to someone you do not know yet or feel 
hesitant how psychotherapy can help you. You are almost there. The best way is to come for an initial session and see how you feel.

Initial Consultation

The first session is an opportunity to talk about your background, what concerns you and what you expect from the therapeutic
work. If you have any questions we can discuss them. It also allows you to feel how I work and see if you would like to work with me.
There is no obligation to continue beyond this session. If you decide to give it a try we can discuss how you want to proceed. An
initial consultation is for 55 minutes.

Counselling/ Psychotherapy

Every client is unique and I integrate different approaches depending on your needs, personality and the stage of therapeutic 
process. I help you discover your inner resources and power to see your circumstances in a different way, define new meanings,
and make positive changes. The length of the therapy depends on what you wish to resolve and develop in your life. Sessions are 
usually once a week, for 50 minutes.


When you consider ending psychotherapy you will explore why you want ending at that particular time. It is a time for you to reflect
on your therapeutic journey and explore your experience of endings. Every ending holds a meaning and you are encouraged to
define its meaning before leaving the process. Depending on the length of therapeutic work an ending might take a different
number of sessions.
